VESICA FIGURE 8. In sacred geometry, the vesica piscis is entitled "the mother of all forms," given its geometric ability to make equal sided triangle, square, pentagon, hexagon, octogon, etc. This design is centered around two vesicas arranged to produce an 8. Two side vesicas were added for balance and as turnarounds.

The CAVERN design, a small earth placed on a concrete surface, which is the interior court yard of the Richmond Art Center, Richmond, CA. It was part of a Spaces in Nature, Art Show, guest curated by Professor Peter Selz, held in late spring 1999. The earthwork is still there.

5 VESICA-PETALED FLOWER design. Made of five, truncated vesica pices, with each vesica connected to the second vesica around the star. Made for two sisters. A local California butterfly frequented the design throughout its construction. Later, the butterfly was identified as the Two Sisters and the design was named the Mariposa.
